Marc Bennett has always been a prosecutor. His first job out of law school was as an Assistant Geary County Attorney, from 1995-97. Then, he returned home to Wichita and joined the Office of the District Attorney, where he has served the people of Sedgwick County for the past 15 years.
Now, Marc has decided to seek the position of District Attorney in Sedgwick County, and he is asking for your support.

As Deputy District Attorney of Trial Division II he is in charge of the prosecution of all sex crimes, domestic violence charges, elder abuse and financial crimes
Last three Attorneys General of the State of Kansas have cross-designated Marc as a Specially Appointed Attorney General
MARC BENNETT IS OUR NATIVE SON
Marc Bennett has lived in Kansas his entire life. He grew up in Sedgwick County and attended Goddard schools. He graduated from Kansas State University and the Washburn University School of Law.
In 1997 Marc returned to Wichita to raise his family and to serve the citizens of Sedgwick County in the District Attorney’s office.
His commitment doesn’t stop at the courthouse steps: Marc serves on numerous community and state boards. He is a three-term Chairman of the Administrative Board at his church.
